We’re clearly NOT thinking when we criticise those around us – we’re projecting our own fears and thinly disguised self loathing…

Criticism is a misguided attempt to self elevate – feel better about yourself by demeaning others…

We are not perfect, nor is anyone else.

We are all here to learn, we will all make mistakes along the way, many of them.  Acknowledging our mistakes and observing the mistakes of others, creates opportunities for learning to emerge.

Our lessons are unique to us, as are the lessons of every other member of humanity, unique to them.  We have no idea of the degree of difficulty others have taken on in this lifetime.  We do not know what they have been through, are going through, and perhaps struggling with, or have ahead of them.

We are not in a position to judge, we are not in a position to criticize.

We’re all in this together.  Only through compassionate support will we thrive.
