A friend recently found this helpful while navigating a period of high stress so I thought I’d share.
Retained gilt, regret, anger or sadness associated with an event or individual depletes our energy and our capacity to function and grow. By holding onto these emotions we effectively give our power to that person or situation.
To move forward we must reclaim our power by recalling our energy.
All we need is intent.
Focus on the event or individual, centre yourself on your breathing, with each internal breath gently call your energy home, with each external breath send back love and/or acceptance. Continue until you feel release.
Whenever past anger or sadness presents in your conscious repeat the process. Once these memories no longer hold our energy they cease to present. Be well.
